SOUTHERN RIVER SYNDICATE (ARSN 117 661 971)
This is a subdivision in a south eastern suburb of Perth which was commenced by Viento Group Ltd in 2008, just before the Global Financial Crisis which resulted in most subdivision schemes becoming insolvent.
Primary was asked to take over as responsible entity by Viento Group Ltd in 2011. Our role has been to monitor the supervisor/managers of the subdivision which we do through our subdivision responsible manager.
