HENLEY BROOK SYNDICATE (ARSN 114 592 040)
This is a subdivision in a north eastern suburb of Perth which was commenced by Viento Group Ltd in 2008, just before the Global Financial Crisis which resulted in most subdivision schemes becoming insolvent.
Primary was asked to take over as responsible entity by Viento Group Ltd in 2011. Our role has been to monitor the supervisor/managers of the subdivision which we do through Primary’s subdivision responsible manager.
Appian Properties Pty Ltd replaced Viento Group Ltd as the supervisor on 11th November 2014.
